Ticket Transfers and Cancellations

🔹If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your paid ticket to someone else.
🔹All cancellations, whether partial or full, must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at conference@macb.org.my.
🔹Cancellations made at least one (1) month before the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus an administration fee of RM150 per local delegate and $50 per international delegate.
🔹Cancellations within one (1) month of the event are non-refundable. However, you may nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place.
